Tennis eBook: "Tennis Fundamentals"

If you have ever wanted to reach your full potential as a tennis player … if you have ever wanted to become the best player in your tennis club or at your regular tennis course … then this is the eBook for you!

Just look at the INTRODUCTION of this valuable eBook:

The best tennis is played with simplicity.
Masters move and hit the ball with grace and fluidity.
Professional players are smooth and effortless, even  when they have to cope with tough opponents and difficult shots.
Tennis, for these players, is a wonderful source of  relaxation, excitement, exercise and  pure  enjoyment. They know and apply the laws of tennis.
For other players, unfortunately, the situation is  completely different!
Intermediate players get some generic advice from their club pro or, even worse, read and try some confusing  tips, and that's all.
They are in a maze. Frustration, bad technique, weak  shots, injuries: this is their common way. They can play tennis for years without any improvement.
Beginners often find themselves alone, in front of a  high wall of complexity. They are completely  overwhelmed by hundreds of instructions about their  feet, legs, knees, ankles, torso, shoulders, head, arms, elbows, wrist and fingers…
All these players spend a lot of money on lessons or new racquets but their game doesn't progress. They play for hours and hours every week but the only  result is that they develop poor form. This is a big shame because tennis is a game that pays you dividends all your life when it is played well.
This e-book is dedicated to every club player and is  intended to help you start or restart tennis in the best way.
The good news is that you can play well, exactly as skillful players do.
The law of tennis is the same for all, and good players aren't good because of natural talent or thanks to a divine gift. They have had the right instructions and have trained so that their bodies have become accustomed to the correct movements.
You can do exactly the same. It doesn't matter your  age, your strength or your level. Tennis is a simple game. This is our belief.
But tennis has its law and to improve your game up to new levels, to cut your learning curve, to be confident  and  relaxed on the court, you must know and respect this law.
You need the correct knowledge.
That's our mission.
With this book you get a complete system intended to  simplify your game. You will learn the fundamental  law of tennis and how to apply it to your game. Look  at these photos: all these players are respecting the law  and are hitting safe and perfect shots.

These players, on the other hand, are  infringing the law and are hitting out of the "comfort zone".  Consequently their shots are hit-and-miss and their bodies are under risk of injury.

Lack of knowledge or bad instructions involve, for these players, frustration, disappointment, lost  matches  and a lot of stress on their bodies. Tennis elbow and shoulder rotator cuff injuries are very common.
This e-book is written to give you all the instructions you need to avoid these and other very common mistakes.

You will be guided, step by step, and for every  movement you will receive the appropriate training advice. You will understand the importance of  isolating every movement and to properly build your  muscle memory with simple training. This is a very important form of training that can also be done off the court.
Train with simplicity for just 15-20 minutes by  following our isolated,  simplified  training  advice and  you will get wonderful results.
You will not find these instructions in other books or videos.
You will have the knowledge that no one in your club has.
You will prevent frustration, injuries, bad tips and wasted time.
You will play your best shots with control,  consistency  and power.

The e-book is divided in four parts.
The first  part  of the e-book exposes a tennis player's  habits. First of all, the fundamental tennis law is  explained. It is a vital concept that every tennis player  has to know. Other important chapters are intended to improve your vision and your posture.
Very important, you will know the concept of body-racquet hitting structure.
This is a powerful and unknown aspect of tennis that every clever player has unconsciously adopted after years and years of effort.

You will understand why many players read books, watch videos, and  take  lessons  for  years  yet  fail to  improve their  game. They ignore the concept of hitting structure and pay for it.
The last chapter of the first part is dedicated to tennis grips.
The second part of the e-book is dedicated to the preparation of movements you have to do just after your  opponent's shot. Whatever your level, regardless  of the shot to execute, you have to prepare correctly and promptly. On every ball.
It is not only about  footwork. It's about structure,  movements, posture, and balance.
A very common mistake occurs between tennis club players: they watch their opponent hit the ball and wait…wait for a long, long time. Then, only when the ball is deep on their side, they get moving. The obvious  consequences of this approach are panic, mistakes, missed balls, hurried and weak shots, and an unsound, unbalanced game.
Even worse, some conventional advice doesn't work. A very common tip is to  "take your racquet back early". This advice is deleterious for your game and is one of  the main sources of frustration on the tennis courts.
You have to simplify your game in the correct way.
Part two of the e-book shows, one after  another, all the simple movements you have to do. You will learn the  role of the feet and legs, which is distinct from that of  the hitting structure and connected to positioning and  balance. The importance of the last two steps is stressed  and we will teach the correct timing of these vital movements.
You will learn why the concept of the unit turn, very popular and largely taught, may be useful only for  basic ground strokes but may be dangerous and detrimental for the attack shot.
This is the reason why many tennis club players  are  able to consistently hit  their basic ground  strokes but  often  fail  or  have great problems when they have to cope with shorter, slower balls.
You will know why bad footwork and the incorrect use of the legs during shot execution, encouraged by bad tips like "weight back, then in  front" or "sit in the chair and get up from the chair", are a basic  font  of  weak  shots  and  one  of  the  reasons  why  many beginners find the game so difficult  and more advanced  players get stuck at their level and never improve for years
Learn these  moves, practice  these  moves,  and you will  be  more reactive, quicker and always ready and balanced to hit the ball.
The third part is about topspin ground stroke shots: forehand, the one handed backhand and the two handed backhand.
These shots are the fundamental weapons that every tennis player must have. For every shot we will teach you the exact and proper technique from beginning to end.
You will learn the  timing of the strokes, which is  very  important and completely different from that of the volley.
You will learn  the correct use of the arms, shoulders and trunk and you  will  know the three fundamental  ground stroke shot take-backs.
You will know the importance of beginning the release  phase with your shoulders, while arms remain relaxed. This is a move every skillful player does which is the secret to having a perfectly aligned racquet and  achieving real, effective, topspin rotation.
You will be instructed on the perfect swing shape and  contact point. You will also learn to maintain your  position on follow-throughs and to handle high balls and short balls.
For every shot we will explain  the most common  mistakes and their possible corrections.
You will also know the basic, simple targets, where to aim the ball and the wrong spot, which is deleterious and makes you run from side to side during rallies.
Part four is dedicated to topspin ground stroke shot drills.
Tennis is, unquestionably, a practical activity.  Knowledge is vital because you can't do what you don't know. But to really improve you have to practice in the correct way. You will learn very simple yet  effective exercises  and drills that you can  do alone or with  a partner  to  improve  these   shots.  These  exercises  are  important because  when  you  do  these drills  you  isolate  a  single  shot  and work  on  it. This  isn't  possible  when  you play a  match.  For  this reason it is critical  that  you mix  your  tennis matches with drills and exercises. Practice with our drills, possibly two times a week, and your ground stroke shots will improve immediately.
